You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 30-day free trial for new customers. During the trial period:
Diffuser hardware remains the property of Whiff. Upon cancellation, you agree to return the equipment within 14 days using a prepaid shipping label we provide. Failure to return equipment may result in a charge of up to $150 per unit.
If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we will refund your setup fee and first month's subscription in full. Contact support@usewhiff.com to request a refund.
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Whiff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
